Your problem is very common. It tough becoming a middle-aged woman with a lot to offer. Seems like the helpless, pathetic get all the dates. As for a job, keep plugging along, take anything and then keep looking something good will come along. At 40 I just had to come to the realization that men my age are unrealistic and see themselves as being better than they are and its annoying to 40 year olds. Just date younger guys, they are much nicer, not as immature and didn't suddenly pull their heads out of their asses at 38 and decide "Crap! Ive wasted my entire life on my career and now I want to start a family." They've missed the boat and you don't need their agenda. Good luck!
